I don’t even know where to start with praising the amazing job that Vicki did to find our family a home. I moved to the Columbus area over a year ago and rented for the first year. Knowing that renting is a waste of money and not fully committed on where we wanted to live, I just sent a computer message to that little banner that pops up on the website while looking at homes on a Saturday night. I didn’t receive a phone call until the following Friday morning, but when I did it was Vicki. I gave her my very unrealistic wish list of stating we would like to live in the Hilliard school district, the price range and just for fun, our lease was up in 2.5 months. She went to work immediately. I even received an email from her at 4am one morning when I was checking my emails at 5:30am. I thought, “When does this woman sleep?” She showed us multiple homes with times all over the place to accommodate my work schedule. She not only got us in a home with closing, but we were able to close in 30 days and had 2 weeks left on our lease to move in slowly. After the closing she even went above and beyond to assist me in looking up my home warranty when the furnace went out. She didn’t know us from anywhere and truly treated us like family, which is way more than I could have ever expected from a realtor. I cannot praise her drive, compassion for what she does and helping people during the stressful time of buying a home enough. I would not only recommend someone to use Vicki I would encourage they use her. She is exactly who you want for this job.

I would recommend Vicki Russell to everyone I know who is selling their home based on her ability to get my house sold within 90 days of listing it during a very hard market period. I originally had my $350,000 home listed with a different agency for over 6 months with sparse activity and absolutely no offers. Upon hiring Vicki, she had multiple showings within the first 30 days, an offer in 60 and we were at the closing table in record time! She takes excellent care in covering all the details, knows how to showcase the property and takes magnificent pictures of the elements which need to be highlighted professionally.
